How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Bizum, credit or debit card, PayPal, or Klarna. Select your preferred payment method when you checkout. It's very easy.

For Bizum, simply select that option when making your purchase online.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! If you have a PayPal or Klarna account, you can pay for your order in 3 installments.

When will I receive it?

I ship every school day, Monday through Friday mornings. Pickups must be requested the day before. Therefore, I can only request pickup for the next business day if you place your order before 6:00 PM for an item in stock—that is, if the item is made and ready to ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your package.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 1 to 4 business days

Europe: 3 to 7 business days

LEATHER:

Wipe the leather to remove dust with a soft cloth. Never use cleaners containing alcohol, ammonia, or abrasive products.

-moisturize the leather every 2 or 3 months, for this you can use specific products, or any moisturizing cream.

Apply a small amount with a soft cloth.

Massage in circular motions.

Let it absorb and dry with another clean cloth.

MACRAME:

Where should they be stored? It's best to store them in a dry, dark place. Humidity and sunlight are generally not good for any material.

Can I get it wet? Yes, in principle, although it's always recommended not to, so it preserves better.

That choice is yours.

STEEL:

-Store your jewelry individually, away from sharp objects, to prevent scratching. Ideally, you should store it in the bag or box we send you from Joyitas De Acero.

- Clean any accumulated dirt or grease with a soft cloth, preferably microfiber, to prevent your jewelry from tarnishing. Do this at least a couple of times a month.

NECKLACES:

Most macramé necklaces have a sliding knot that allows you to choose the desired length.

Steel chains indicate the length in the description, but if you want another size, please contact us to see if it is possible.

BRACELETS:
Our steel bracelets indicate their length in centimeters in each description.

Macrame bracelets are adjustable
